BBA Member Code of Conduct

 

Members will conduct business with honesty, integrity, and fairness with respect to customers, clients, employees, and other members.

Members will not discriminate, personally or professionally, based upon race, color, creed, religion, national origin, age, disability, marital status, gender, gender identity or sexual orientation.

Members will promote recognition and respect for all occupations which are useful to society.

Members will be responsible at all times for truthful and non-deceptive advertising and promotion regarding their business and its products or services.

Members will conduct business with strict adherence to the laws of the state where located and to business or professional codes existent for the particular business or profession and in accordance with generally accepted business practices.

Members will not seek from a fellow member a privilege or advantage not normally accorded others in a business or professional relationship.

Members will support the ideals and goals of this organization, as well as support the Buckhead community in general, in a constructive and positive manner.

Members will at all times demonstrate professionalism, respect, courtesy and civility to fellow members and not engage in any conduct which would adversely reflect upon either the ideals or members of the Buckhead Business Association.
