“I did ALL the things and I still wasn’t happy.  After 15+ years in a traditional corporate career, it became smack-me-in-the-face obvious that what served me well for so many years no longer did.  It was time for creative destruction, and I was in charge of demo.  The rebuild would require strength in order to embrace my most difficult role to date:  MY TRUE SELF.

I founded The Betterment Project with one concept in mind:  Make Measurable Progress.  As a profitability coach, a CPA, a wellness enthusiast, a process improvement junkie, and all-around everyday seeker of expansion, I wholeheartedly believe with the right energy, approach and accountability, you can accomplish anything.  What I didn’t realize is the amount of inner work it would take to get me out of my own way. 

I now strive to continuously inspire and be inspired through coaching, speaking, writing, and facilitating experiences designed to elevate others through the power of their own voice.  We all have a story.  It deserves to be shared.  It’s time to authentically, unapologetically…… LIVE OUT LOUD.”
