BBA's "The Second Cup"  Series take place on Thursday mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. using the online platform Zoom, and features thought leaders and influencer from all over the country. "The Second Cup" Series will be one of BBAs way of staying connected with our members and helping you stay connected with each other.

BBA Members who Pre-Register by 6 pm on Wednesday will be allowed to introduce themselves and their business to the online audience(max 1 minute). Then we will hear from our featured guest.

In this time of uncertainty, business owners and CEOs need a crisis survival guide. In this presentation, Terry "Doc" Dockery. Ph.D., founder and CEO of The Resolve Firm shares best practices for leaders to survive and thrive in the current COVID-19 business crisis. You'll learn how to leverage the four main sources of happiness and motivation both for you and your team by creating a realistic plan and a system to update it regularly.

    Terry is a Business Scaling Coach, speaker, and writer who is Founder and CEO of The Resolve Firm. Since 1993 he has helped leaders in small to Fortune 500 companies to have more fun, make more money, and do more good. 

  4. He specializes in helping leaders solve the Business Conundrums that they encounter along the way to actualizing their goals.

    Doc holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, and he has been interviewed as an expert on leadership and organizational high performance by publications such as USA Today, Forbes.com, CFO Magazine, and the Atlanta Journal Constitution. 

    He has served on the faculty of the U.S Chamber of Commerce executive training program and the Psychologically Healthy Workplace Awards committee of the Georgia Psychological Association. He has also served on numerous Boards of Advisers, and is currently most active helping to develop young entrepreneurs at the Kennesaw State University Entrepreneurship Center.

    ​I​n his spare time Doc is widely known as a man who puts the "harm" in harmonica--he plays in an Allman Brothers tribute band that regularly packs venues in Atlanta and the Southeast. He is a former professional musician who received the Lucille Award from B.B. King himself.
